They offer exceptional performance over -40°C to +85°C including a maximum CW power rating of 400W, high isolation up to 50 dB and insertion loss as low as 0.1 dB. They all have an operating voltage of +24 VDC.

Renowned for their highly accurate performance, our complete range of SPDT surface mount RF electromechanical switches, such as the SEMS-4088-SPDT-SM, SEMS-4089-SPDT-SM, SEMS-4090-SPDT-SM and SEMS-4091-SPDT-SM, offer designers across industries the same level of exceptional performance and high reliability as with most traditional coaxial radio frequency switches. The miniature package design features gold plated Printed Wiring Board (PWB) mounting surface to resist the effects of oxidation, making it easy to solder-mount onto a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Besides being able to withstand exposure to MIL-STD-202 test conditions for sine and random vibration as well as mechanical shock, all our switches are also RoHS compliant.

    Performance Testing

Know the performance of your surface mount (SMT) radio frequency electromechanical switches's system components. Our RF performance test data includes input return loss (S11), insertion loss (S21), output return loss (S22) and isolation (S12). Tests are performed with a vector network analyzer and can be delivered in CSV, PNG or S2P file formats. Please specify your preferred file format when requesting RF performance testing.
