S.M.Electronics dba Fairview Microwave is a Limited Liability Corporation (L.L.C.). Fairview Microwave Limited Warranty:  S.M. Electronics liability arising out of sales of products is limited to either a: repair of merchandise, b: replacement of merchandise, or c: refund of purchase price paid. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express, implied, written, or oral. This warranty is limited to original purchaser. Warranty is good for 30 days from date of purchase. Limitation of liabilities: In no event shall Fairview Microwave be held liable for incidental liabilities & customer agrees to indemnify Fairview Microwave from such claims.

Orders received by 4:00pm Central Time will ship same day except FedEx Ground service, which cut-off time is 3:30pm CT. Prices are FOB Fairview, Texas.
