Orders accepted via telephone, fax, email, or web. Orders received by 4:00 pm Central Time, when in stock, will ship same day.

Cut-off for FedEx Ground service is 3:30 pm Central Time.


Preferred shipping methods are DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

We make every effort to ship as indicated on the orders. However, sometimes due to varying circumstances, shipping carriers may be switched with a similar service level.


We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If customer's account is provided, we do accept and ship per instructions provided.

Net 30 terms upon credit approval.

There is no minimum order.

A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all orders that are returned with the exception of (a) The received parts are defective or damaged (b) You received the wrong items (c) The fee is prohibited by law (d) The returned parts are exchanged for alternatives.

Fairview Microwave Inc. Limited Warranty: Fairview Microwave's liability arising out of sales of products is limited to either a: repair of merchandise, b: replacement of merchandise, or c: refund of purchase price paid. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether implied, written, or oral. This warranty is limited to original purchaser. Warranty is good for 30days from date of purchase.


Limitation of Liabilities: In no event shall Fairview Microwave Inc. be liable for incidental damages. Customer agrees to indemnify Fairview Microwave Inc. from such claims.


Fairview Microwave Inc. will not ship to countries under OFAC embargo. Fairview Microwave Inc. complies with all US Export regulations. Customer agrees not to resale products subject to US import/export controls without proper US licenses which they are solely responsible for. Customer warrants that it is not on the US Denied persons list, Specially Designated Nationals list, or Debarred Persons list

Written quotations are generally good for 30 days. Prices otherwise are subject to change without notice. If no validity period is stated on a quote the term is 30 days.

Fairview Microwave Inc. collects sales tax for Texas customers. Other sales taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.
