Fairview Microwave Inc. Limited Warranty: All products are covered for 90 days from date of purchase. Liability arising out of sales of products is limited to either a: repair of merchandise, b: replacement of merchandise, or c: refund of purchase price paid. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, implied, written, or oral. This warranty is limited to original purchaser. Warranty is good for 30 days from date of purchase. Limitation of liabilities: In no event shall Fairview Microwave Inc. be held liable for incidental liabilities & customer agrees to indemnify Fairview Microwave Inc. from such claims.

Orders received by 4:00pm Central Time will ship same day except FedEx Ground service, which cut-off time is 3:30pm CT. Prices are FOB Allen, Texas.
